What do you use to write blog entries?
I’m wondering what app you guys use to write your blog
entries? I’m currently using the beta of Visual Blogger, but its still got quite
a few bugs, it can be quite aggravating sometimes. I would like something that
makes good, clean markup. I also think it would be cool if we could put
this WYSIWYG editor on our backend to
replace the simple textarea for editing/creating posts, its free and it
generates xhtml markup, which I think is pretty cool.
So what do you guys use?

I’ve just been making due with the standard .Text editor via web browser. Plain vanilla.

I’m using BlogJet (www.blogjet.com). While the 1.2 version I started with had some small problems, I’m VERY happy with the 1.5. version that was released recently.

I’ve been using PostXING [0] for quite a while now and have been very happy with it. I tried Visual Blogger for a very brief while as well, but the number of bugs it has combined with the fact that development on it seems to be all but dead (I haven’t seen any fixes for any of the reported bugs ever since it’s "beta" was released months ago) forced me to look elsewhere. Sauce Reader [1] also has a nice blog posting form build into it as well, which works nicely if your system can handle the resources that SR requires (pretty heavy).

Woops…sorry for the double posting there. RssBandit timed out on me the first time, so I didn’t think it had submitted. Please delete.

thanks for all the suggestions! I’m gonna try these out, I’ve already started trying out IMHO, and I’m definitely not going back to visual blogger
I like the OneNote style interface so far, very cool!

Ive tried out quite a few, and ended up running with w.blogger. Blogjet was probably my favorite, but did not have enough tangible features to be worth the cost difference (free vs 30$) imo.
